About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Los Angeles for the 2025–2026 school year. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, working with students from PreK–12th grade (with a primary focus on elementary and early childhood intervention). You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and district staff to support student communication development and ensure their success in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.

Create and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and school staff.

Provide therapy addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs.

Track student progress, adjust therapy plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school-based team discussions.

Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology through professional development.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active CA SLP license.
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CF accepted.

Experience working with K–12 students (elementary preferred).

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
