Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Santa Ana, CA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025–2026 school year within an elementary school setting in Santa Ana, CA. This contract position offers the chance to provide essential speech and language services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, supporting diverse caseloads in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress effectively.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in paid indirect hours including administrative tasks and team meetings.
- Utilize district-provided IEP systems with training available to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- California Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC preferred).
- Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or school-based speech-language pathology.
- Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is desirable.
- Strong caseload management skills with the ability to work itinerantly across multiple sites.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within an educational setting.
Additional Details:
- Position runs from August 6, 2025, through June 12, 2026.
- Full-time schedule with a caseload model in place.

- The district provides supervision where applicable and requires proof of fingerprint clearance.
- Paid travel and indirect time are incorporated into the workweek.
