Position Overview:
A school-based opportunity is available for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K–8 caseload in Loomis, CA. This is an onsite position, 4 days per week (0.8 FTE), starting immediately. The SLP will provide direct therapy, conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to K–8 students in both individual and group settings

Conduct evaluations and contribute to comprehensive assessments

Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and district guidelines

Attend and participate in IEP meetings

Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication development
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid California SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Previous school-based experience with K–8 students preferred

Strong communication and time management skills
-
Ability to work onsite and contribute to a collaborative school team environment
