Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Loomis, CA
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Job Summary:
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students. The SLP will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support students' communication skills in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment data.
  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy into the educational environment.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid State license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered.
  • State Department of Education certification (as required).
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required

Work Environment:
  • School setting; may involve multiple school locations.
  • Requires sitting, standing, and light physical effort during sessions and school activities.
