Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and current SLP license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in an educational setting or with pediatric populations preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students in accordance with district policies
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services tailored to student needs
- Communicate progress and recommendations to parents, teachers, and support staff
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute as a valued team member
- Offer training and support to teachers and families regarding communication strategies
