This full-time, onsite position seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a dynamic school environment in Aurora, CO. The role involves managing a caseload of students requiring speech and language services, fostering communication development across diverse grade levels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in meetings related to student progress, individualized education programs (IEPs), and district requirements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practices and state regulations related to speech-language pathology.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathology License is required; candidates with pending licensure through CDE will be considered.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to supporting the academic and social development of students.

Location: Aurora, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time, onsite, five days per week
Contract Duration: Current School Year
