Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in meetings related to student progress, individualized education programs (IEPs), and district requirements.
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices and state regulations related to speech-language pathology.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathology License is required; candidates with pending licensure through CDE will be considered.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to supporting the academic and social development of students.
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time, onsite, five days per week
