School Speech and Language Pathologist | Longmont, Colorado
A part-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a K-12 school setting in Longmont, CO. This contract position offers approximately 2.5 days per week during the current school year. The role supports both K-5 and middle school students under the guidance of educational standards.
Key qualifications and certifications include:
- Valid SLP certification with CCC credentials preferred
- Eligibility for or possession of pending CDE certification will be considered
- Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with K-12 populations
- Strong skills in speech-language pathology assessment and intervention tailored to school-aged children
Responsibilities encompass:
- Providing speech-language therapy to students across elementary and middle school grades
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to tailor interventions
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress monitoring as required
- Participating in meetings and contributing to individualized education plans (IEPs)
