A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and experience in school settings is sought for a part-time role supporting students from kindergarten through middle school. This contract position is based near Aurora, CO, serving a K-12 school environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Near Aurora, CO
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 2.5 days per week
- Caseload: One position serving K-5 students and one position serving middle school students
- Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and data tracking on student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current SLP license with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience providing speech-language services in school settings
- Ability to work effectively with students across early elementary to middle school grades
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of K-12 educational environments and standards
