Contracted Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist for Rural Colorado
As a Remote Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist for early intervention schools, you will provide teletherapy services to preschool and early elementary students. This contract position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to engage young learners via remote platforms. You will collaborate with early childhood educators and families to implement developmental communication goals within the home and school environments. Maintaining compliance with Colorado early intervention regulations and federal laws is essential. The role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to shape early communication skills from a distance.
Key Duties:

Conduct remote developmental speech and language screenings and assessments.

Develop individualized therapy plans targeting early communication milestones.

Deliver interactive teletherapy sessions appropriate for young children.

Collaborate with early childhood educators and parents to support carryover.

Document progress and update goals per Colorado state requirements.

Participate in virtual team meetings for early intervention planning.

Provide training on early communication strategies for caregivers.

Ensure HIPAA and FERPA compliance in all service delivery.

Manage scheduling and billing as a 1099 contractor.

Utilize play-based teletherapy tools and resources.

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:

- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
