School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lodi, California

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP licensure for the state of California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, staff, students, and families
- Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans for diverse caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Provide direct therapy services both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document and communicate student performance as required by school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and parent consultations to optimize student outcomes
