Speech-Language Pathologist – Lodi, CA
Location: Lodi, CA
Employment Type: Full-time (Contract, academic year-based; often 40?hrs/week across multiple school sites)
Caseload: Typically K–12 students across one or two campuses
Core Responsibilities

Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations and assessments to determine student needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and tailored therapy plans addressing articulation, language comprehension, social/pragmatic skills, voice, fluency, or swallowing as needed

Provide direct therapy both one-on-one and in group settings, including teletherapy options where applicable

Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams; attend IEP and team meetings

Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and legal compliance within school record-keeping systems
Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active California SLP license (SLP or SLP-A eligibility also considered)
-
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in school-based or pediatric settings (CFYs welcome)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC?SLP) preferred
Preferred Experience

Proven success managing K–8 or K–12 caseloads

Comfort providing teletherapy alongside in-person services

Strong communicator with a history of collaborative work with educators, families, and school teams
