School Speech Language Pathologist - Livermore, California

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Experience with preschool-aged children and early childhood assessments
- Familiarity with bilingual assessment tools is a strong plus
- Exceptional communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive preschool speech-language assessments in alignment with school and district protocols
- Provide targeted therapy services tailored to the individual needs of each student within your caseload
- Complete a select number of bilingual speech-language assessments districtwide
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and therapy outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of supportive learning environments
