Speech Therapist in Littleton, CO
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services at an elementary school located in Littleton, CO. This assignment runs from August 4, 2026, through December 18, 2026, supporting students primarily during the first semester.
Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to a caseload of fewer than 50 students, focusing on enhancing their communication skills within the school environment. The position requires direct student contact aligned with school days only. Initial training sessions are mandatory and scheduled for August 4-7, with student services beginning August 12.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC preferred).
- Valid license or certification to practice within Colorado’s educational system.
- Demonstrated classroom experience working collaboratively within school settings.
- Ability to manage a caseload with less than 1:50 student ratio.
- Commitment to onsite presence three days per week, with 7.5 hours per day (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
