Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services focusing on speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational standards
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with elementary and middle school populations preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility for on-site work with potential consideration for strong candidates open to remote arrangements
