A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school in Littleton, CO, covering a leave of absence contract from January 5, 2026, through April 29, 2026. This position offers a 0.7 FTE schedule, approximately 28 hours per week, providing direct support to students at Kohl Elementary. Caseloads are manageable, with fewer than 50 students per clinician, allowing for focused and impactful therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in an elementary school setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support communication goals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state policies.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student assessments.
  • Provide in-person therapy with a hands-on approach, applying classroom experience effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must currently hold a valid Colorado license or have an active licensure application in process for speech-language pathology.
  • Proven classroom experience is required to meet the demands of in-person therapy delivery.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings with pediatric caseloads is highly valued.
