Location:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or credential as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with experience in schools
- Knowledge of child development and speech-language disorders commonly seen in elementary-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and school staff
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
- Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is preferred
