Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of 36-40 students spanning 3-4 campuses.
- Focus primarily on preschool-aged children’s speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and document therapy sessions in compliance with school district guidelines.
- Maintain licensure requirements and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license; candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered.
- Experience working within school settings preferred.
- Skilled in managing caseloads involving diverse speech and language disorders.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to travel between campuses within the Conway area.
Contract Details:
- Position type: Contract, full school year.
- Work schedule: 35 hours per week.
