Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Little Rock, AR
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a school-based team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This contract position is ideal for experienced SLPs who are passionate about working with preschool students and supporting their early communication development.

Caseload Size: Approximately 30 students across 3–4 campuses

Preferred Experience: School-based work and early childhood populations
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for preschool-aged children
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals
-
Deliver direct and consultative services to students across multiple school sites
-
Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to monitor and encourage progress
-
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
-
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team evaluations, and parent conferences
-
Ensure compliance with all Arkansas state and local regulations regarding school-based speech services
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
-
Current Arkansas SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Must meet all local and state credentialing requirements
-
Experience with special education students and preschool populations is strongly preferred
