Overview
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Health Disabilities (PHD) certified educator to deliver instructional services and support to students with physical health and mobility challenges in the Lindstrom, MN school district. While historically onsite, this remote-enabled version allows work via telehealth platforms, virtual programming, and hybrid service coordination.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with IEP teams, therapists, families, and school staff to design and implement personalized instructional plans.

Deliver remote or hybrid instruction, including virtual coaching, teletherapy consultation, tele-adaptive PE, and activity implementation with support staff onsite.

Monitor student progress virtually or in-person as mandated, document outcomes and adapt strategies as needed.

Ensure compliance with Minnesota’s Physical Health Disabilities standards and maintain careful documentation of services delivered remotely.
Qualifications

Minnesota Teaching License with Physical Health & Disabilities (PHD) endorsement (required)

Experience working with students who have physical or motor impairments, preferably via adaptive instruction or telehealth modalities

Strong skills in online collaboration, documentation, communication, and motivation.

Reliable technology setup and ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
