Location: Linden, NJ
Position Type: Full-Time (part-time candidates considered)
Start Dates: One position – October 19, 2025 | Second position – November 19, 2025
Hours: 6.5 hours/day (32.5 hours/week), 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Duration: Full school year
Schools Served: 3 schools (2 Elementary Schools and 1 Middle School), all within 2 miles of each other
Caseload: Approximately 30 students
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (English/Spanish) to provide high-quality speech and language services to students across three schools in Linden, NJ. The SLP will spend four days at the elementary schools and one day at the middle school, supporting a diverse student population. This position is ideal for a clinician passionate about bilingual speech-language services and working in a collaborative school setting.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEPs

Provide direct therapy services in individual and small-group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and academic growth

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology

Bilingual proficiency required (English/Spanish)

Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure

Prior school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Position Details:

Full-time preferred, but part-time candidates will be considered
