Lincoln, RI Full-Time Contract Opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologist
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in Lincoln, Rhode Island, for the 2025–2026 school year.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about supporting communication, language, and academic success for students across diverse needs in an organized and collaborative school environment.
About the Role
The SLP will provide direct therapy, assessments, and intervention planning for students with speech, language, and communication challenges. This role involves ongoing collaboration with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful progress aligned with student goals.
You will:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services

Support IEP development and attend IEP meetings

Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and families
-
Maintain complete and accurate documentation and progress notes
-
Participate in team meetings and professional development initiatives
Qualifications
-
Active Rhode Island Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $45 – $50+ per hour, depending on experience and certifications
Full-time W-2 contract | Approximately 37.5 hours per week
