Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in K–12 settings
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Provide direct and consultative services to meet student needs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
-
Maintain documentation in compliance with Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) standards
Qualifications:
-
Active Rhode Island SLP license (or eligibility through the Rhode Island Department of Health)

Rhode Island Department of Education certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
-
Knowledge of IDEA, IEP processes, and school-based therapy best practices
-
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
