Job Opportunity: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist

Contract Term: Current school year (renewal based on performance)
Schedule: Full-Time

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all Nebraska state and local certification requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Valid Nebraska Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for state licensure)

Completion of required clinical hours or internships
-
Background check and fingerprint clearance per Nebraska Department of Education guidelines

Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
Typical Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy aligned with student IEPs and communication goals

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations as required
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and school-based teams to support student development
-
Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and district standards
-
Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and progress monitoring processes
