A dynamic opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists in a K-12 school setting based in Lincoln, CA. This full-semester contract position offers the chance to work within a supportive educational environment serving PreK through high school students. Multiple openings are available to accommodate various levels of expertise and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students across PreK, elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators and onsite facilitators to support student communication needs.
  • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as required by specific roles.
  • Utilize specialized software systems, including SEIS and district workstations, to maintain accurate records and report progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience working within school settings, especially K-12 environments.
  • Familiarity with the SEIS platform and relevant educational technologies.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, staff, and families.
