Deliver Speech and Language Services Virtually
Are you a licensed SLP seeking a fully remote opportunity with meaningful clinical work? We're building a team of Speech Language Pathologists to serve Kentucky schools with comprehensive communication assessment and intervention services.
The Role
- Full-time remote position with 36 hours of weekly service delivery
- Caseload of 46-56 students spanning grades 1-5
- Complete virtual service delivery through secure platforms
- Flexible scheduling with consistent student contact
Position Overview
This position centers on your clinical expertise and direct student impact. You'll conduct thorough assessments of student communication abilities, develop evidence-based intervention plans, and deliver teletherapy sessions addressing the full spectrum of speech and language disorders. Your work directly supports academic achievement and social success for the students you serve.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations utilizing remote assessment tools
- Write detailed evaluation reports with clear recommendations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver teletherapy sessions for students with speech and language disorders
- Monitor progress through data-based decision-making
- Consult with educators on classroom communication support
- Communicate regularly with families about therapy goals and home activities
- Maintain complete clinical documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and case conferences
- Address articulation, phonological, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure as a speech-language pathologist in Kentucky
- Minimum 2 years of school-based speech-language pathology experience
- Expertise in virtual therapy delivery and remote assessment administration
- Reliable internet connectivity and professional home workspace
- Strong understanding of special education law and collaborative practices
