Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a school-based position in the Lewisville, TX area serving students across kindergarten through 12th grade. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students reach their communication goals and can work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine speech and language needs

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines

Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current MD SLP license or eligibility for licensure
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
-
Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
