Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dublin, Ohio

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed in an early childhood educational setting located in Dublin, OH, to cover a maternity leave from February through May on a full-time contract basis (37.5 hours per week). This position involves working primarily with PreK children, providing targeted speech and language support during the critical early developmental period.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to PreK students utilizing evidence-based interventions
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans focused on early childhood communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports consistent with professional standards
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in early childhood education or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy methods is preferred but not required
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is acceptable for consideration
- Ability to work effectively within a school environment covering case management and therapy delivery
