Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Lehigh County, PA

A school district near Lehigh County, Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive team of educators and therapists. This full-time position offers flexibility, professional support, and comprehensive benefits.


Position Highlights:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services in individual, small group, and classroom settings

  • Develop and write Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs and assessments

  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and district teams to support student achievement and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

  • Train and support school staff with communication strategies to enhance student participation and progress

  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and meet all state licensing requirements
