NEW Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed Near Leesburg, VA!
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive team at a school near Leesburg, VA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with students to improve their communication skills and help them achieve success both in the classroom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
-
Work with students on articulation, fluency, language development, and voice disorders
-
Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the success of students

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and planning
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
-
