A specialized opportunity is available for two certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services within community preschool and daycare settings. These part-time roles focus on supporting young children ages 3-5 diagnosed with speech and language impairments. The positions are contract-based and located in a K-12 school environment in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, serving the surrounding region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children in community settings.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers and families.
- Maintain detailed documentation and complete required paperwork.
- Provide services Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
- Reserve Fridays for administrative tasks such as paperwork and case documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and relevant teaching certifications.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially children with speech and language impairments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfort providing services within community-based preschool and daycare environments.
Position Details:
- Contract duration: one position starting immediately through June 2026, second position from January to June 2026.
- Location: Lebanon, PA, serving various community preschools and daycares.
