School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lebanon, Oregon

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows with appropriate supervision are welcome
- Experience providing therapy and assessments to pediatric or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes, goal writing, and progress documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with students, families, and staff
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and provide direct therapy to students with a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, other specialists, and families to ensure holistic support for each student
- Maintain clear and thorough records for evaluations, treatments, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a knowledgeable resource on speech and language development
- Offer guidance and recommendations for classroom modifications and home programs
