School Speech Language Pathologist - Lebanon, Oregon

Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, parents, and students
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of a variety of assessment tools and therapy techniques
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with suspected speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans targeting each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing updates and making recommendations for services or supports
- Offer guidance and resources to families to support therapy progress at home
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
