Speech-Language Pathologist in Lawrenceville, GA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide direct therapy services in a K-12 school setting located in Lawrenceville, GA. This contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through May 28, 2026. The assigned school will be determined upon placement within one of three available elementary sites in the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities include delivering individualized speech-language therapy to students within the assigned school. The role requires strict adherence to a 35-hour workweek with no additional hours permitted. Candidates must be prepared to work fully on-site as remote or hybrid options are not available.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure for the state of Georgia
- Active DOE certification for Georgia schools
- Experience delivering direct therapy in a K-12 educational setting
- Ability to manage a caseload in accordance with educational standards
- Must be a fully credentialed SLP; Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff
Location: Lawrenceville, GA (specific site to be determined within the Atlanta area)
