A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a K-12 school located in Lawrenceville, GA. This contract role supports direct therapy services for school-aged children within the Atlanta Public Schools area, with a commitment of 35 hours per week. The assignment starts as soon as possible and continues through May 28, 2026. This on-site role requires an active Georgia SLP license and DOE certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Manage a caseload within one assigned school, supporting various age groups across the school district.
- Ensure compliance with district policies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain flexible, consistent scheduling strictly adhering to the 35-hour weekly requirement, with no overtime.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Georgia.
- Valid Georgia Department of Education (DOE) certification for school SLP services.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with students, families, and education teams.
- Must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- SLPA candidates will not be considered.

- On-site at a designated K-12 school in Lawrenceville, GA (exact site to be determined upon placement).
