ProCare Therapy is working with school districts across Massachusetts to hire dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or entering the school setting for the first time, this opportunity allows you to help students build communication skills that are essential to learning and social development.
Position Summary
School-based SLPs play a vital role in evaluating and treating students with a variety of speech and language needs. You'll work closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure students receive appropriate, individualized services to support their success in and out of the classroom.
Openings are available in multiple locations including Boston, Worcester, Springfield, Lowell, and Cambridge.
Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language screenings and comprehensive evaluations

Develop and implement IEP-aligned therapy plans

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings

Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy into classroom routines

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings

Monitor student progress and adjust goals as needed
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Massachusetts SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply

Familiarity with IDEA and IEP documentation procedures

Must pass MA state background checks and fingerprinting
