Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Kansas.

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.

School experience is preferred but not required.
Skills & Abilities:

Conducts comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

Implements evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to diverse populations, including students with autism spectrum disorders, AAC users, and individuals with complex communication needs.

Collaborates effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development and ensure consistent progress across settings.

Maintains accurate documentation, tracks progress, and communicates results clearly to stakeholders while managing caseloads independently and efficiently.
