Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting students’ communication needs in a collaborative and student-centered environment.
About the Role
The SLP will provide therapy services, conduct evaluations, manage IEPs, and work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. This position offers a balanced caseload and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school system.
You will:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments

Develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans

Provide direct and consultative therapy services

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Participate in IEP meetings, planning sessions, and professional development
Qualifications

Active Nevada SLP license (required)

ASHA CCC strongly preferred
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience a plus

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $40–$58+ per hour (based on experience, credentials, and assignment)
