Virtual Speech Language Pathologist - Serving NV Schools

Essential Responsibilities
Your role encompasses the full scope of speech-language pathology practice in an educational setting:
- Conduct virtual speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments
- Analyze assessment data to determine eligibility and identify intervention priorities
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting specific communication deficits
- Provide direct therapy services through interactive online sessions
- Collaborate with educators to integrate communication strategies into classroom activities
- Counsel families on communication development and home carryover activities
- Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP development and review meetings via video conference
Required Credentials and Experience
To qualify for this virtual position, you must have:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Active Nevada speech-language pathology license
- Master's degree from a program accredited in Speech-Language Pathology
- Two years minimum of school-based speech therapy experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver services effectively through telepractice
- Proficiency with computer systems, video conferencing, and therapy software
- Adequate home office setup including high-speed internet and appropriate equipment
