Desired Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
  • Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to adapt to various service delivery models: remote, hybrid, and in-person
  • Collaborative mindset for working with educators, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide timely, insightful feedback
  • Adapt services to varied delivery modes as assigned
