Essential Qualifications:
- Active and valid state SLP license

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to student goals, either virtually or on-site
- Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed and Document all services provided
- Consult with teachers and parents to ensure generalization of strategies throughout the educational environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team initiatives
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in school-based speech-language pathology
