Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lansing, KS
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position supports a K-12 school environment serving approximately 60 students with diverse and significant speech and language needs. Working collaboratively with two other SLP professionals, the role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills and academic success.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Experience working in K-12 school settings or with school-aged children
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for a wide range of speech-language disorders
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Location: Lansing, KS (Onsite position)
Duration: Contract, Current School Year through May 22, 2026
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
