Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Role

Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
School Assignment: Single site
New Kent County Public Schools is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support a diverse student population at one school site. The caseload includes approximately 55 students, with 15–20 assigned for case management. The district may be open to SLPA support, depending on candidate experience and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct therapy services to students across age groups
• Manage a caseload/case management, including IEP development and implementation
• Collaborate with school teams to support student progress
• Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings as needed
