ProCare Therapy is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join Pennsylvania school districts for the 2025–2026 school year. Position Highlights

Start Date: August 2025

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours/week

Setting: Onsite in public and charter schools

Grade Levels: PreK–12 (placements based on licensure and experience)

Employment Type: W2 contract through ProCare Therapy
Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide direct and consultative services to students

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support communication objectives

Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education and federal IDEA regulations
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Pennsylvania SLP license (CFs welcome to apply)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
