Blazer Jobs is partnering with a supportive school district in Land O’ Lakes, FL to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year. This on-site contract is open to both local professionals and travelers who are passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed through effective communication strategies.

Compensation & Benefits
Local SLPs:

$37–$43/hour

$1,290–$1,460 weekly gross pay packages (taxable + stipends)

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide direct and consultative speech therapy to K–12 students

Collaborate with IEP teams to set and achieve student goals

Maintain clear, compliant documentation

Support students with speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
Qualifications

Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

School-based experience preferred
