Role Overview – What You’ll Do

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
-
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Support IEP development and collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff

Deliver therapy in both one-on-one and group sessions

Track and document student progress to ensure communication goals are achieved

Play a critical role in student success in both academic and social settings
Qualifications & Certifications (Florida Requirements)

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
