Location: Land O’ Lakes, FL (Virtual/Hybrid Options Available)
Schedule: Full-Time, Virtual or Hybrid
Compensation: $40-$45 an Hour

Position Overview:
As a School Psychologist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement interventions promoting student success. You will have the opportunity to perform your duties virtually, onsite, or in a hybrid format based on district needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results virtually or onsite

Develop and assist with implementation of IEPs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide individual and group counseling and crisis intervention in a virtual/hybrid setting

Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to address student needs

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings remotely or onsite

Maintain accurate, timely documentation per state and district guidelines
Minimum Requirements:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or related field
-
Valid Florida School Psychologist certification or license
-
Experience in school-based or teletherapy psychology preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and technology skills
-
Ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting
