This position offers an excellent opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide essential speech therapy services within an elementary school setting, serving students from Kindergarten through 4th grade. The role involves supporting 10-11 students on your caseload, each requiring three sessions per week, with services delivered exclusively on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students in grades K-4.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all students on the caseload.
- Participate in school meetings as needed to advocate for student communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly K-4 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage a part-time caseload of 10-11 students requiring consistent therapies.
- Commitment to providing services on-site in a school environment.
