School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Temporary Leave Coverage | PreK–Primary Caseload | Start ASAP
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful difference in a school setting? ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in need of a compassionate and capable SLP to step into a leave coverage role, working with Pre-K and primary students.
This position is ideal for a clinician who can confidently jump into a school environment, manage an active caseload, and provide consistent, student-focused services. If you're ready to help support young learners and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week (schedule negotiable)

Setting: On-site, school-based

Caseload: Pre-K and early elementary students

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
-
Conducting assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
-
Creating and maintaining IEPs based on student goals
-
Providing direct therapy services individually and in small groups
-
Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
-
Documenting progress, services, and any updates as required by the district

Participating in team meetings, IEPs, and intervention planning
What We’re Looking For:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
-
Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)

ASHA CCC preferred; strong CF candidates will also be considered

Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students is a plus
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to adapt quickly and manage responsibilities independently
