Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time – Lakewood, CO 80226
ProCare Therapy has partnered with a supportive school district in Lakewood, Colorado (80226) seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for elementary students. This is a part-time, onsite position offering a collaborative environment and an opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ communication and academic success.
Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist will work directly with elementary-aged students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders. The SLP will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and implement evidence-based interventions designed to improve students’ functional communication skills.

Caseload: Elementary school students with mild to moderate communication needs

Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Provide direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with district and state standards

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and student support planning

Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ success

Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs encouraged to apply

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills
