ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in Lakewood, Colorado to hire two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to serve diverse student populations in specialized and early childhood settings, while collaborating with a team that values communication development and inclusive education.
Position Details

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Openings at both the Elementary SSN Center and Preschool program
-
Onsite positions for the full school year

Manageable caseloads with additional support from district staff and SLP team

Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary collaboration

Caseload specifics and school assignments will be discussed during the interview
Primary Responsibilities
-
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.

Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies in the classroom and home environments.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.

Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Active Colorado SLP License
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

Experience with school-aged or early childhood populations preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
