A K-12 school in Lakeville, MN is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the current school year contract. Key Qualifications:
- SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Valid licensure for a school-based SLP
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Open to Certified Fellows (CF) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) for this role; SLPAs must hold an Education license (no Dept. of Health license required)
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with educators, families, and students
Location:
- Lakeville, Minnesota (onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for middle school students
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student needs and school goals
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom success and student progress
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting as required by state and school policies
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, approximately 7:40 AM to 3:30 PM
