Full-Time | 37.5–40 Hours/Week

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic and student-focused team for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This position supports students in upper grade levels across multiple school programs, with opportunities for both on-site and remote service delivery.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about helping students grow their communication skills and succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Position Overview:

Schedule: 37.5–40 hours per week

Grade Levels: 6th through 12th grade, including high school transition-age students

This role involves working with a diverse caseload of students requiring a range of speech and language services. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans and contribute to IEP development and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy (in-person or remotely, depending on location)

Evaluate and diagnose speech/language disorders and develop treatment plans

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain all required documentation

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support staff
-
Provide services that address expressive/receptive language, articulation, fluency, and other communication needs

Support high school transition students with functional and life-skills-based communication support
Caseload Details:
-
Caseload capped at 50 students maximum
-
Mix of general education and special education students
-
Supportive structures are in place to help manage workload effectively
Supervision & Support:
-
The SLP will supervise 1 SLPA on-site (if working remotely)

On-the-ground para support will be available to assist with remote service delivery

Team-based, collaborative model across schools and programs
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders

Active Washington State SLP License (or ability to obtain)

ASHA CCCs strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered
-
School-based experience is a plus, but not required
-
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
